I am a post-transition-identified FTM transsexual. and I have sex and play with A LOT of non-trans men! I am a leather pup and boy, and hold active membership status in more than one gay men's leather organization. Quite a few of my regular play partners have been, and are HIV positive.
Its been 7 years since I started my physical transition. Over time my history as a transsexual has become less and less of my daily life and social experience, and I have moved further and further away from connections with other FTMs. I am fortunate enough to have the privledge of access into men's only spaces, and to often forget the differences between myself and the men around me. Years ago I never could have imagined I would be writing this now, not even a remote possibility. Then, it was *i* who desperatly needed to hear from "older" guys who had experience with non-trans gay men's spaces.
i am starting this journal to chronicle my experiences with partners, tricks and casual play dates, and in gay men's spaces and leather. Frank, honest, open discussion and sharing of personal experience on these issues still scarce. So here it is, a journal about my life as a gay leather pupboy who gets around... with all the messy details on the raucus fun, drunken-rowdy-club-runs, breaking rules in back bar corners, sex, play, full of explicit (pornographic?) details... and the triumphs, failures, and sometimes uncomfortable thruth about men only spaces, closeting, and disclosure.
Not all of the content will be specifically about leather and rough play however just about all of the men I fuck around with are leather men or bears, so there is bound to be a good amount of non-vanilla content.
Not for the faint of heart.
I hope that my experiences can be helpful, encouraging, or at least entertaining to other guys out there on the FTM spectrum.
Non-trans men, partners of FtM's, friends, and just about anyone else who is respectful of the content in this journal are welcome.
